Il s'etait vide cet ete avec la nouvelle possibilite de partir avec un mois de pre-avis. 6 semaines apres avoir confie l'apart, ils on dit qu'il y a peut-etre besoin de rafraichir la peinture, mais fin Septembre donc 3 mois plus tard, j'ai du lancer les devis moi meme alors que j'habite a l'etranger. Apres peinture, ils n'ont meme pas pris la peine de changer l'annonce ou les photos ou de signaler que la peinture etait neuve. Comme ils m'avaient fait signer le contrat de location, ils voulaient garder le droit de gerer l'appartement meme si je demandais a une autre agence de trouver un locataire. La personne qui m'avait donne leur nom a admis plus tard qu'elle avait elle meme trouve le locataire et leur avait demande de gerer l'appartement. Elle a meme dit que quand elle a eu besoin de faire faire des travaux, elle a du demander a son voisin de faire les devis car ils ne voulaient pas le faire.

After 6 weeks post-signature, they said the apartment needs refreshment but didn't want to do any quote because it was the month of August. I had to send out quote request while I live abroad by the end of September, 3 months after they had been in charge. When they were making visits, they always had many visitors the same day in a raw, meaning they won't go there until they had several visits to do at a time. The pictures they put on their website were inappropriate, and even after the apartment was painted, they didn't bother change the ad or the pictures. It was just "in good condition". I lost a lot since I heard about them. I leaned lately from the person who referred them to me, had found the person to rent her apartment and she just asked them for "gestion de location". When she needed to do work in her apartment, she had to ask her neighbor to do the quote because they wouldn't do it. I guess their job is just to cash the money; and you do everything else. When I wanted to go to another real estate, they said I can do it but they will still take their share of the rent until one year passes. What kind of "contrat" is this? and what kind of real state is this?
